We cooperate with spanish lawyers / legal offices (english-speaking). A representative from their office will accompany us to the Notary, where the deed will be signed both by the seller and the buyer.

We will assist you in getting your N.I.E. number ( a Spanish personal number which is necessary to have for purchasing a property in Spain) , a Spanish Will, mortgage on the property, open a bank-account, insurance etc.

We will assist you in  providing aircondition, furniture and other domestic items.
